ORDER CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel any orders that has not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately at elevenoptics@gmail.com, we’ll be glad to help.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We will entertain all replacement requests at no extra admin cost! However, please bear in mind the following:

 Only unopened boxes are eligible for replacement

• Return charges to be borne by customer and customer is required to send the product back to us with full packaging and un-opened boxed.
• We do not accept returns for products which are broken or delivered incorrectly.
• Alternatively, you may walk in to our store, show proof of purchase and perform the exchange there.
• The value of the replacement lenses has to be of the same or equal value as the previous Order. No refunds will be given for orders which are of lower value.
