Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


  • How soon can I receive my delivery?
    Delivery of contact lenses will usually takes 7-14 working days* on average. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly notified beforehand and informed once ready.

    *Due to COVID19, there is currently a logistics backlog globally, so do expect delivery to take longer than normal. This is especially so for some multi-focal, astigmatism or plus power lenses which is not readily available. We thank you for your kind understanding.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Currently we only offer Islandwide shipping within Singapore. Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of $130, or else there would be a flat rate of $15 charge for delivery islandwide.
  • How do you deliver my contact lenses?
    The lenses are packed with bubble wrap to prevent any damage and sent via registered mail postage(SmartPac) so you can track your parcel easily.


  • Can I return and exchange my contact lenses?
    We only accept exchanges from customers who have previously purchased their contact lenses from us and have their purchases in good condition (full packaging, unopened contact lens box/es). Should you receive the box with any defects or dents kindly alert us to this. Exchanges are applicable only if you are unable to adjust to your new prescription, or if the lenses prescribed are causing discomfort to you and/ or you are experiencing blurry vision with the lenses on.

    Do note that we are unable to accept any contact lenses that were not purchased from us, thank you.

  • What if I need to amend my order?
    As we process orders promptly, do email us as soon as possible if you have made any mistake in your order and wish to make an amendment. We will try our best to accommodate your requests. Do note that we will not be able to make any amendments once the items have been shipped out.
